Robert Toru Kiyosaki (born 8 April 1947; age 68 years) is an investor, entrepreneur, author and motivatorSebuah fourth-generation Japanese-American, Robert Kiyosaki was born and raised in Hawaii. He is the son of the late educator Ralph H. Kiyosaki (1919-1991). After graduating from Hilo High School, he entered the US Merchant Marine Academy in New York, graduating in 1969 as a deck officer. He later served in the Marine Corps as a combat helicopter pilot during the Vietnam War, where he was awarded the Air Force Medal.Kiyosaki out of the Marine Corps in 1974 and got a job selling copiers for Xerox Corporation. In 1977, Kiyosaki started a company that introduces wallet "surfer" nylon and Velcro for the first time to the market. The company is quite successful at first but eventually went bankrupt. In the early 1980s, Kiyosaki started a business licensed to T-shirt Heavy metal rock band. Kiyosaki became famous because he wrote a book entitled Rich Dad, Poor Dad. This book is part of a series of books and other material about motivation. He has written 15 books which have cumulatively sold over 26 million copies. Although he started publishing his own book publishing, books subsequently published by Warner Books, a division of Hachette Book Group USA, publisher of the book is very well known in the United States. At this time, new books published by his own publishing company, namely "the Rich Dad Press imprint". Three of his books that Rich Dad Poor Dad, Rich Dad's CASHFLOW Quadrant, and Rich Dad's Guide to Investing, has been the 10 best-selling books on an ongoing basis in The Wall Street Journal, USA Today and the New York Times. Book Rich Kid Smart Kid, published in 2001, was published with the intent to help parents finance design for his son. He has made three kinds of board game "Cashflow" follows the software, both for children and adults. He also has a magnetic tapes and compact discs for the series "Rich Dad" him.
