The
era of information as mentioned above can be described as a global
environment that describes the process of exchange of information is
done by electronic or digital technology and trigger the creation of
value (value-creation). More
specifically, this statement indicates that the work activities in
organizations today require human resources that have higher competence
and specific mainly related to the advancement of digital technology in
day-to-day operational work. This, according to Normann (2001) and Espejo, et.al (1996), realize

technology so as to produce the performance of the organization in view
of increasing competition.
The development of the concept of Knowledge Management in fact give a new color in the repertoire of organizational management, especially with the demands of the existence of knowledge creation as a trigger and driver of organizational performance. Consequently, every human should be able to act as knowledge workers and has infosense (Devlin, 2001) were adequate. Thus, the demand has to have the competence of human resources in carrying out these roles become a major requirement for the organization. The problem that arises is how to accelerate the competence of human resources expected to be created in line with the growth dynamics of the organization and is able to minimize internal conflict ..
In the model of Mind Synergy is more focused on efforts to train the brain to be able to work together so as to have the ability to create ideas and is able to store more information in the brain long (storage). Pengetahun,kemampuan dan sikap sangatlah penting dalam berwirausaha.
Jika dalam berwirausaha tidak memiliki 3 hal penting itu maka akan sulit untuk menjadi wirausaha yang sukses karena 3 hal itu sangat berkaitan satu sama lain dan sangatlah penting untuk berwirausaha .
